Custom Western Blots

We offer custom western blot services from an extensive inventory of tissues from human, rat and mouse. The protein lysates are prepared using set of protease inhibitors. Our specialized techniques significantly solublize and extract proteins from difficult tissues. High quality protein lysates are electrophoresed on 1.5 mm 4-20% SDS-polyacrylamide gel and transferred to PVDF membranes along with pre-stained size markers. The blots are shipped in 1x TBST in ready-to-use format.
